Research & Analysis
We provide quantitative and qualitative research to clarify problems, identify opportunities, and formulate successful short and long-term solutions customized to client needs. We compile and analyze data on employment trends, regional employer needs, and career pathways.
We develop strong relationships with construction industry professionals across a wide range of sectors including high school and college educational institutions, industry associations, workforce boards, residential, commercial and industrial employers representing both union and open shop, skilled trades and professional positions in construction, engineering, and architecture enabling us to tap a cross-section of opinion and expertise developing high-level strategies to meet client needs.
We educate key influencers including school administration, vocational education staff, guidance counselors, parents as well as students and young adults through a variety of platforms on opportunities available in the Construction Industry.
We identify the gaps, address the barriers, and provide the connection needed to build the infrastructure needed for long term sustainable workforce pipelines.
