Judi is a workforce development specialist with extensive experience building workforce pipelines between high schools seeking to expand post-graduate outcomes, and leading industries seeking to hire motivated talent. Judi helps educational teams develop the organizational systems to implement sustainable and scalable school-to-work pipelines, and rapidly advance career pathway programming. Adept at building strong coalitions of community and regional partners, Judi travels throughout the state meeting with industry leaders, school districts, unions, and associations, to foster development of career opportunities for young people.

Broadening the Scope

Building and maintaining successful workforce development pipelines is not a ‘one and done’ enterprise.  In Module 4 you will learn
