About the Role
Specialized Career Guidance (SCG) is seeking a proactive, highly organized professional to serve as the right-hand partner to our CEO. This role blends operational savvy, project coordination, and client-facing support in a mission-driven environment. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-moving setting, and takes pride in creating clarity and calm behind the scenes.
You’re the steady, resourceful professional who keeps things moving - detail-oriented yet big-picture aware. You take initiative, bring structure to creative work, and help leaders stay focused on what matters most. You’re also passionate about helping young people explore meaningful postsecondary and career opportunities, and you thrive supporting an organization that builds bridges between education and industry.
If people have ever said you remind them of Donna from Suits, or that you’re the kind of trusted, intuitive partner who makes leaders better - someone who anticipates needs, stays three steps ahead, and brings calm structure to a fast-paced environment, then you’ll feel right at home here.
